வேறு வழியில்லை எனும்போது,இப்படியாகவாவது ஒரு நல்ல எதிர்கால சூழ்நிலை உருவாகட்டும் ஷிபாவுக்கு,இன்ஷா அல்லாஹ்.அது சம்பந்தமான எல்லா விவரங்களையும் முதலில் பொது மக்களுக்கு அறியத் தரவேண்டும.
எத்தனை பரிணாமம் எடுத்தாலும் உள்ளூர் வாசிகள் ஆதரிக்காதவரை ஆஸ்பத்திரி ஒரு கட்டிடமாக மட்டுமே காட்சியளிக்கும்..... மக்கள் மத்தியில் விழிப்புணர்வு தேவை.... அனைத்து மக்களுக்கும் பயன் பெரும் வகையில் தஞ்சை மருத்துவர்களை தருவிக்கும் முயற்ச்சியில் ஈடுபட்டால் துளிர்விடும் எதிர்காலம்.
புதிய அத்தியாயம் அதிரை வாசிகளுக்கு ஓர் இனிய தொடக்கம்., நன்றி ஷிபா.

Dear Adirai Brothers, Assalamu alaikkum. We pray Allah to give long and healthy life to br. MST and Aj Tajuddin for their effort towards community welfare and education. till date they are managing to run the hospital with their own fund for the sake of our community. But this will not give permanant solution to run the hospital effectively. Hence, we suggested to operate the hospital commercially and a proposal has been suggested and agreed by all our seniors during a meeting held at chennai last year. since then, we had lot of discussion and possibilities to take ths suggestion to our community. Now the time has come and we should support mst and the teams to make it happen. All arer equested to contribute their share on profit/loss basis. if any of our brothers want to know about this project/proposal pls. don't hesistate contact me either by mail from KSA or to my mobile from UAE. Thanks for yr suggestion. The draft for publc statement under constuction. this wil be published after today CAs meeting. Since i am very much involved in the commercial operation of hospital for last two years and after discussion with MST i wrote my suggestion. thanks. rg/shahul
I agree with sis. Fathima Johra, why dont you publish their vision/mission and the prospectus publicly and of course the share holder status?
இம்மருத்துவமனை உருவாக காரணமாக இருந்த பல அதிரை சகோதரர்கள் புறக்கணிக்கப்பட்டு இருக்கிறார்கள். ஷிபா மருத்துவமனை உருவாகிய நேரத்தில் அதிரையை பொருத்த மட்டில் சவூதி, துபாய், கத்தார், குவைத் போன்ற அரபு நாடுகளில்தான் நம்முடைய பெரும்பாலான சகோதரர்கள் பணம் பொருள் ஈட்டி வந்தார்கள். அந்த சமயத்தில் இம்மருத்துமனை நிர்வாகிகள் அரபு நாடுகளில் சுற்றுப்பயணம் மேற்கொண்டு நம் சகோதரர்களிடத்தில் நம்மூருடைய நலனை கருத்தில் கொண்டு மருத்துவமனை கட்டிட பணிக்கு உதவுமாறு கேட்டு அதை பெற்றும் சென்றார்கள்.
அவ்வாறு உதவிகள பெறக்கூடிய நேரத்தில் பல உறுதிமொழிகளை நம் சகோதரர்களிடத்தில் அவர்கள முன் வைத்துச்சென்றாகள், ஆனால் கொடுத்த எந்த ஒரு உறுதிமொழியையும் அவர்கள் நிறைவேற்றவில்லை. ஒரு சகோதரர் என்னிடம் மனம் நொந்து சொன்னார் என்னுடைய ஒரு மாத முழு சம்பளத்தையும் நம்மூருடைய நலனுக்காக மருத்துமனை கட்டிட பணிக்கு கொடுத்தேன், ஆனால் அவர்கள் என்னை புறக்கணித்து விட்டார்கள். அவர்கள் என்னிடம் தந்த எந்த ஒரு உறுதிமொழியையும் நிறைவேற்றவில்லை என சொன்னார். உதவிகள் செய்ய எண்ணமுடையவர்கள் அவர்கள் சொல்லும் சரத்களை கவனமாக கேட்டு உதவிகள் செய்ய வேண்டும்.
சகோதரி பாத்திமா ஜொஹ்ரா சொல்லியது போல உதவி செய்யும் சகோதரர்கள் அல்லது சகோதரிகள, பங்குதாரர்கள் இவர்களுடைய நிலை/பலன் மற்றும் விதிமுறைகளை பகிரங்கமாக பொது இடத்தில் அறிவிக்க வேண்டும்.
If it is materialized Insha Allah which will reveal fruitful results...and we appreciate the involvement of Dr.Ameen. May Allah show his mercy and blessings on him.... I also would like to remind the hadeeth of prophet mohamed (sal) that "some act will bring the deeds life after death - called sadakaththul zaaria - whoever involve in the shake of public welfare can enjoy this reward in the day of judgement. Insha Allah we will be the part of this.... After analysing the scope & plan we will consider to invest.

நிச்சயமாக நீங்கள் மறைபதையும் வெளிப்படுத்துவதையும் நான் அறிவேன் என அல்லாஹ் தன் திருமறையில் கூறுகிறான், பொது விசயங்களில் ஈடுபடும் யாவரும் அல்ல்லஹ்வுக்கு பயந்து செயல் பட வேண்டும். பொது மக்களும் அல்லாஹ்வுக்காக பொது விசயங்களில் ஈடுபடுவோருக்கு தகுந்த ஒத்துழைப்பு அளிக்க வேண்டும்.
ஷிபா வளம் பெற நமக்கு நலன் தர வாழ்த்துக்கள்
